Through these books and their stories, I see myself and the pure love I have for Aspen, the town, the people I have gotten to know t|About the Author|Tony Vagneur was born at a time that spanned both the "old" ranching and mining community of Aspen and the "new" Aspen of culture, music and world-class skiing. His perspective on both is unique, as only an Aspen native could achieve.

This is a collection of newspaper columns, written about Aspen, Colorado and its agrarian neighbor, Woody Creek. Published during the period 2004-2014. History, ranching, skiing, dogs, partying, horses, love and romance, family, and philosophy all get a chance to shine in this well-written collection of stories, each being almost a short-story within itself.
